I was bothered that my 12x15k4 SAS RAID-10 array could only sustain about 350Megs/second sequential read, thinking that each drive should be able to approach 80 or so megs/second and I was only getting about 60... This sounds more and more like HP is trying to undercompete along with Dell in the RAID controller market or at least the raid controller driver market.
