No, that's just people trying to unsubscribe who missed the note at https://www.postgresql.org/message-id/20170614154313.GI3151%40tamriel.snowman.net.
To unsubscribe, go to https://lists.postgresql.org/manage.
If you can't remember your password for that one, then you can send an email to pgadmin-support-unsubscriber@lists.postgresql.org and it should return you a token to unsubscribe with.
