E.g. for the case of floats, we have to change all:
java.sql.Array arr = rs.getArray(1);
Object objarr = arr.getArray();
float flarr[] = (float[]) objarr;
to
java.sql.Array arr = rs.getArray(1);
Object objarr = arr.getArray();
Float flarr[] = (Float[]) objarr;
