If it is a product, yes but I do believe (within conservative reason)
that highlighting upcoming stuff shows we collaborate. Granted it should
never be "the reason" for the announcement but a little enthusiastic
collaboration on cool Pg utilities? Heck yeah :)
Logical decoding for users, is useless without PgLogical (right now).
Why wouldn't we mention it?
PgAdmin is *the default* GUI admin tool and version 4 is a major
milestone, why wouldn't we mention it?
PgBackrest is *the* most talked about backup utility we have, why
wouldn't we help invigorate that community?
