Well JoshB and I had talked about it in the past (as noted elsewhere in
this thread) as well but I didn't have immediate reference. Based on
the responsibilities I am maintaining in the community which include
press work and the fact that I travel less than the two other prominent
members on the press list, it made sense.

In short, I am one of the easiest to get a hold of and I was already
doing a lot of it anyway. Now it is just more official.
