I think this should help:

dnf config-manager --set-enabled pgdg-centos8-sysupdates

Yeah, sorry, just noticed the actuall issue. RHEL 8.6 is out, with yet-
another-llvm-brekage (C).

Will fix later in the day, as it requires a few hours to fix.
