When poking around at the IRC template I noticed that there are a few
variations of spelling of names in the pgweb repo. Does anyone object
to adding a .mailmap to unify these as per the attached (I didn't add
the variations which Git manages to sort out by itself)?  The effects
can easily be seen with a "git shortlog -ns".

Thanks, I've applied this now and will keep an eye on the commitlog going
forward to keep it in sync.
