I would recommend checking the project documentation (https://pgbadger.darold.net/documentation.html) following their support instructions (https://pgbadger.darold.net/#support).

Likely, they are going to need more details on the issue.

* What is the issue?  Installation, runtime error, etc.

* How you are trying to use it?  On local log files or log files on a remote host, etc.

* Other specific details such as error message(s)

This isn't the correct forum for the inquiry and the lack of detail would make it impossible to help regardless.

That's what this tool is for.  However this mailing-list is not meant
to address every single open-source tool available in the field.  If
you have an issue with that tool, which we're yet to hear from after 2
mails from you, I strongly encourage you to contact the author at
https://github.com/darold/pgbadger/issues.  You might want to clearly
state what is the exact problem(s) you're facing in a more timely
fashion there.
