chromedriver_installer has been removed from web/regression/requirements.txt as it no longer works following a version number format change in Chromedriver, and no longer seems to be supported.
I've added tools/get_chromedriver.py instead which can be used to install the correct version of chromedriver for the version of chrome that's installed. I'm working on integrating this into the Jenkins builds.
