Our lib version: (from MANIFEST)
Bundle-Name: PostgreSQL JDBC Driver JDBC41Bundle-SymbolicName: org.postgresql.jdbc41
Bundle-Vendor: PostgreSQL Global Development Group
Bundle-Version: 9.4.0.build-1201
I am looking for the latest version this library, and compatibility information with java 11.

Can you be specific about which version of pgjdbc please ? There really is no version 41.
