The documntation page :

 

specify how to install PostgreSQL on Linux.

This page assumes that eveyone wants to install the latest version which isn't always the case.

 

What if someone wants to install 9.3.5 ?

Here is an example:

 

I think it would be best if the stackoverflow answer would appear in the documntation page 

 

Something like:

 

"For specific version please change the command to .... "
