commited - but I think there should be some effort spent to uniform the 
various different ways of formating phone numbers and urls (some have 
railing slashes and some not) as well as correct the  phone/cell 
distinctions (at list some of the ones refered to as "phone" are in fact 
cell and maybe the other way round).

I didn't even try for consistency of formatting; I figured what matters 
is that someone local sees the phone number in a familiar form.

Do you have a list of the cell/phone changes you made (which people)? 
That page is generated out of a database, so I'd like to fix the source 
data.

hmm I still think consistency would be better but ok.

I have not acually changed anything - that was just an observation from 
skimming through the contact list.

Well, I'm a dumb American ... *I* don't know what distinguishes a cell 
phone from a landline in Europe.  Can you send me a list of ones to fix, 
and I will?  Just country names is fine.
