Обсуждение: COPY and UNICODE encoding

Hello,

I am using jdbc interface to load my data and Postgresql 7.02.
I want to use copy command to load data from a unicode file.How can I notify the server that the encoding of the file
isunicode 
 
and not the default encoding of the file system.
