Attached is a small fix for the pgbouncer init script.  If you run the
init script directly (without using /sbin/service), pgbouncer keeps the
current working directory of the user open, which might be undesirable
(NFS, etc.).

Thanks. Applied to git. It will appear in next build (Sorry, missed this
in recent update)
