Dear All,
Could you please give me -if possible - the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) of
postgresql-8.3.16-1 ?
I understand in discussions on you web site (www.postgresql.org) that there is no ECCN for Open Source software, but I can't find a clear status in the FAQ about this topic.
Could you please confirm that ?
