I have downloaded and installed the win32 version of 8.1.4 on my windows 2000 system, however I'm not able to locate the libpq-fe.h header file needed to compile the programs I write. What other package(s) do I need to download and install in order to be able to obtain libpq-fe.h and compile C programs that will make use of libpq.dll?
