I got Postrgresql 7.3.1 and Apache+PHP under winxp, while i'm trying to connect to the database, i've got an error like this:
Warning: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: connectDBStart() -- socket() failed: errno=0 No error in c:\apache\htdocs\wypisz.php on line 3
the 'wypisz.php' script should just select some info from the database, but it never connects. Is it something wrong with the postmaster settings, or what?
