New releases for 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2dev

Due to the backlog of fixes in CVS I've put out new builds for 8.0, 8.1,
and 8.2dev.  Downloads and changelog available here:

Thanks for the info. I've updated RPM spec file to point the new JDBC
jars. The new releases will ship with these drivers.
