JDBC driver without URL

Hello,
  I have PostgreSQL 7.3.2 (cvs build with gcc 3.2 and java 1.4.1 linux).
  I can login to database without URL parameter (any string for URL work).
  It breaks another database driver when postgresql library is loaded first.
