I try to install your pgsql_perl5 module
and I keep getting the following error:

Remember to actually read the README file !
please set environment variables POSTGRES_INCLUDE and POSTGRES_LIB !
do you have any idea how to fix this?
Perl: This is perl, v5.6.1 built for i586-linux
