Обсуждение: RE: [INTERFACES] Jdbc-WebServer
There is a trick to get the driver recognised without using the CLASSPATH. I'm not sure about the Netscape server, but with the jdk's find the rt.jar file, and place the postgresql.jar file into the same directory. I can't remember the exact location, but any jar files in this directory are automatically included before the CLASSPATH. When I set the CLASSPATH to the driver it works fine. But how do I make the server (Netscape3.6/Apache) find this Driver. It is giving me a class not found error for the driver. I will appreciate the answer. Thanks ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ************

If that is JDK 1.2.X, then if I have installed java 1.2.X in /usr/java1.2, then /usr/java1.2/jre/lib/ext is the directory that jar files should be to be loaded automatically. I do not believe that there is a directory for jdk1.1.X. -- Brian Millett Enterprise Consulting Group "Heaven can not exist, (314) 205-9030 If the family is not eternal" bpm@ec-group.com F.
