I'm using PgAccess 0.84 with tcl7.6/tk4.2.
PgAccess displays russian characters in hex, like this "\xd2\xc1\xda".
I don't know much about PgAccess, tk, and X Window System in general,
so I don't know where to start looking for this.
Any help will be greatly appricated.
