Our implementation of Sybase allows case-sensitive referencing of
objects (table/column names, etc.) in SQL statements without quote
delimiters.
For example, the following are equivalent:
Sybase: SELECT MyColumn FROM MyTable
Postgres: SELECT "MyColumn" FROM "MyTable"
Can Postgres be configured to allow SQL references to case-sensitive
objects without quotes?
