Description: psql dumps core on CTRL+ALT+\
Details:
Entering CTRL+ALT+\ (backslash) causes psql to dump core:
magog# psql -U pgsql template1

Compiled with gcc version 3.3.3 [FreeBSD] 20031106 using "-O -ftracer
-fprefetch-loop-arrays -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe".

The shell sends a SIGQUIT signal to the program, causing it to quit and dump core. You may find that quite a lot of programs dump core that way. If you don't like that behavior, reconfigure your shell.
