Anyway, forwarding this for the record.

Hello Selena,
I sent this e-mail (see below) to pgsql-advocacy a few days ago, but
no answer since - and the mail isn't in the archives.
I figured out that I should contact you directly in order to
communicate this message properly. I'm asking for permission to begin
the creation of a Bulgarian PostgreSQL users group. If you have any
questions, please don't hesitate to bother me :)
Best regards,
Deyan Dyankov

Hello everyone!
I am thinking of creating a users group here in Bulgaria. I live in the
capital - Sofia. You can read more about me on
http://www.linkedin.com/in/deyandyankov
I have no official PostgreSQL experience but I always use it when I have a
chance to do so.
I can register bgpug.org or whatever you tell me to and put up some content.
After announce, I believe there will be people willing to meet me and provide
help. After a few months, somewhere in the springtime i hope, we will be ready
to hold an extremely nice pgday! Until then, recurrent meetings can be held in
any restaurant and I have a few organizations in mind that use PostgreSQL and
might provide sponsorship.
If you have any questions I can provide the answers of, please let me know :-)
Best regards,
Deyan Dyankov
