Don't forget to read the mysql documentation backwards.  Certain
chapters may have to be gone over several times, like the part where you
learn when and why to use 'lock tables' and the part that answers the
question: 'which table handler should I use?'

You forgot the chicken foot man.  How can any convert from MySQL to
Postgresql without a chicken foot?  :-)
