During installation pgAdmin III v1.22.0 I am receive message:
"This installation package cannot be installed by the windows installer
service xp"
For solving this problem need install next hot-fix
WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe - please use link to microsoft

b6-4412-95b9-54d056d6f9f4&displaylang=en
pgAdmin III v1.22.0, after installing this hot-fix, installed at Windows XP and
work w/o problem.
