psql default directory on windows

Is there a way to have the default directory of the psql console session set?

I just upgraded to windows 7 and it’s defaulting to windows/system32

 

I guess this is a dos box default, but though I’d ask.

You should use the .psqlrc file to preset the default directory. Not
sure where you should put it on Windows though.
