It already does. They are in the Catalogs node.

Hello,<br /><br /> pg_catalog and information schema is in the same pgAdmin tree under the node "Catalog". If you
don'tsee it - go to File->Options. Pick the Display page and check the Catalog option. After that refresh the tree
