After running long queries, it would be nice to have a beep/bell/flash to
indicate that the query is finished.  What would be really nice is if the
taskbar icon flashed to indicate a finished query.

Good idea - I've committed the following change to SVN:

Flash the task bar icon at the user if a query finishes and the query
window is not active per Dave Held.
