In the properties dialog of tables, views, functions etc.:
"group" (non-login) roles are missing in the drop-down for "Owner".
These should be present, as they can own objects just as well (in my case
they often do).
Testing pgAdmin 1.10.2 on Win XP Pro.

This bug seems to have crept back in, but in reverse:
Now, login-roles are missing and only groups (non-login roles) are
available.
Problem is present in v1.12.3 and v1.14.0 Beta 3
Tested on Windows XP, postgres 8.4.8.

Did you check "Show users for privileges" combobox in the Options dialog
(Preferences tab)?

Ah, forgot about the "Show users for privileges" option. So, not a bug.
This option might better be placed in the dialog itself.
