Обсуждение: Patch for German translation

The current pgAdmin III version has "to inherit" wrongly translated as
"vererben" (which is actually the opposite, "to bequeath") instead of
simply "erben". This can be very confusing, so I've attached a patch.

Just noticed a small typo in my patch: "Inalt" instead of "Inhalt", and
should have removed some "fuzzy" flags. If you like me to send a new
patch or send the complete po/mo files and review some more let me know.
