Just found the submitted patch solved. So there is no conflict.
We'll send another patch for the last: postgres-zh_CN.po into the site of:

This patch no longer applies. It's probably better to send a whole new
file.
Xiong He was also reportedly working on an update for postgres.po, so
I'm CCing him so there is no conflict.
