Clarification of psql's "-c" output

Hi,

as a user, I'd appreciate if psql's execution and output be-
haviour when using the "-c" option would be explained more
detailed in the documentation. Based on psql 8.*3*.7 (don't
know if that will change in 8.4), I'd suggest:
