Pressing the F5 key to run a process in the Query Tool works great. Pressing F5 to refresh the list of database objects in the Object Browser on the left-hand side of the pgAdmin4 window prompts to refresh the page in the Web Browser. I receive a dialog asking if I want to leave the page. It would be nice if pressing F5 in the object browser would refresh the current object level.
