After compilation PostgreSQL+patch with macros
RELCACHE_FORCE_RELEASE,
COPY_PARSE_PLAN_TREES,
WRITE_READ_PARSE_PLAN_TREES,
RAW_EXPRESSION_COVERAGE_TEST,
RANDOMIZE_ALLOCATED_MEMORY,
I saw a problem on Windows 10, MSVC2019.

(I hope this problem was the same as on Cirrus CI).

Attached patch with fix.
