My mistake, I was looking at /usr/lib/pgsql

# pg_config --pkglibdir
/usr/lib/pgsql

# ll /usr/lib/pgsql/pl*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 166887 Oct 26 22:12 /usr/lib/pgsql/plperl.so
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 340887 Oct 26 22:12 /usr/lib/pgsql/plpgsql.so
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root  76833 Oct 26 22:12 /usr/lib/pgsql/pltcl.so
