Problems with FTP mirror sites

I just checked all of the ftp mirrors listed at
http://www.postgresql.org/ and found a few problems.
I've tried to list the more severe ones first:

Four had the wrong paths in the urls, resulting
in an error. The correct paths are below:

ftp5.nl: /pub/postgresql/
ftp3.nl: /pub/mirrors/postgresql/
ftp2.ie: /pub/postgresql/
ftp4.de: /pub/postgresql/


These four had a ftp connection refused:

ftp.nz  (www okay)
ftp6.ro (www okay)
ftp2.uk (www also refused)
ftp4.ca (www okay)


These two timed out:

ftp3.kr (www also timed out)
ftp.pt  (www okay)

This one has no 7.3 directory:

ftp3.tr


All of these have the wrong path, but do go to a valid
part of the site. The correct paths are given below:

ftp2.nl: /mirror/postgresql/
ftp2.pl: /mirrors/ftp.postgresql.org/
ftp3.tr: /postgresql/
ftp.il:  /pub/postgresql/
ftp.ie:  /mirrors/ftp.postgresql.org/pub/
ftp3.ca: /pub/
ftp2.fr: /postgresql/
ftp3.ca: /pub/
ftp.be:  /postgresql/
ftp.cr:  /mirrors/postgres/ftp/
ftp3.tr: /postgresql/
