heap_sysoffset is not found

Hi.

I get psql from CVS and try
configure --with-tcl --with-perl --with-python --with-openssl --with-CXX
&& make
And I got

I run nm on all .o files, and it looks like it is used in many places, but
it is not defined in any of them.
