Please, take a look on contrib/dict_int and create your own dict_noop. It should be easy. I think you could document it and share with people (wiki.postgresql.org ?), since there were other people interesting in noop dictionary. Also, don't forget to modify your configuration - use ts_debug(), it will helps you.
