Of course. Never thought of that one.

Is it really that bad? NamespaceCreate() could just touch a file at
pg_tablespaces/<tablespaceoid>/<MyDatabaseId>/<namespace oid> and
RemoveSchema() could remove it.

Is there anything ugly that I've missed?
