Hello. I'm trying to install postgresql in windows and I am following the
instructions on the webpage but when I use this command, tar -C -xjf
cygipc-1.11-1.tar.bz2, this is the error message I get.
tar (child): bzip2: Cannot exec: No such file or directory
tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
Should I just use winrar and install them manually? Is there some way to
fix this problem? Thanks.
