I am by no means a programmer, but exactly what is this referring to... I
get ...

In file included from pgenv.cc:23:
pgenv.h:21: string: No such file or directory

Which seems fair enough... but I cant figure out what it's supposed to
say.... it compiles on my Linux box too... which I don't really get...
unless it's not reading this file....
