Hi Haifang, It sounds like this might be referring to "pgadmin", a GUI tool for talking to PostgreSQL? PostgreSQL itself doesn't havea GUI, but the associated pgadmin project does, and it has its own place for bug reporting over here: https://www.pgadmin.org/support/issues/
