We are currently conducting an inventory of the technological components within our software environment, with a specific focus on artificial intelligence (AI) applications, algorithmic decision-making, and single sign-on capabilities.

We use the following applications provided by you:

Artificial Intelligence (AI):

In this context, we would like to know whether any of the above applications contain components:

• AI components (such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.)
• Algorithmic decision-making systems (such as predictive models, automated decision rules, scoring mechanisms, etc.)
• Use of external AI services or models (such as via APIs or cloud platforms)
• Possibility of explainability or transparency of these components (for example, through model documentation or audit trails)

If applicable, we would also like to gain insight into:

• The purpose and operation of these components within the application
• The impact on users or final decisions
• Any risks or ethical considerations you have identified
• Are the AI ​​components actively used by our users

Single Sign-On (SSO):

We are currently implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and are assessing the possibilities within our organization. We would like to explore whether there are any possibilities to improve authentication. Integrate with our existing SSO infrastructure.

Could you please indicate whether any of the above applications support SSO, and if so:

• Which protocols are supported (e.g., SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Entra ID)?
• Is documentation available regarding the configuration and integration?
• Are there any additional licenses or costs associated with using SSO?
• Is support provided during implementation?
• Is support covered by our current contract?
