"Readand write Unicode UTF-8 files" to true.</font><br /><font face="sans-serif" size="2">   It does not have any effet
onthe program behaviour anyway.</font><br /><font face="sans-serif" size="2">- the operating system variables LANG and
 LC_*are all already set to "en_US.UTF-8".</font><br /><br /><font face="sans-serif" size="2">What shall i change more?
