When you created the ODBC link, did you tell it which field is the primary key? It allows you to not specify, but then Access has trouble keeping its screen in sync with the back end. My data is there!! *When I use MSAccess and ODBC link for that table it shows "#DELETED#" for every field and every record. Only the last record's first field is true data.
