I am unsure if I understand the question. I think you are asking why Tomcat
cannot find the classpath for jdbc7.1-1.2.jar.

The way I make Tomcat find the classpath is to add a symbolic link to the
.jar file in /usr/share/tomcat/lib. I am working with Debian Linux -y our
directory structure may be different.

Soy inseguro si entiendo la pregunta.  Pienso que usted está preguntando
porqué Tomcat no puede encontrar el classpath para jdbc7.1-1.2.jar.

La manera hago el hallazgo de Tomcat que el classpath es agregar un
acoplamiento simbólico al en /usr/share/tomcat/lib del archivo del jar.
Estoy trabajando con Debian Linux - y nuestra estructura del directorio
puede ser diferente.
