Trouble with pg files for Kontor 13

Kontor13. Following the HowTo steps, I'm supposed to find this two files:</div><div> </div><div><font face="Times New

Roman">@594K</font><p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">but I've only found:</font><p align="left">-
postgresql-server-7.3.4-1PGDG.i386.rpm<palign="left">- postgresql-7.3.4-1PGDG.i386.rpm<p align="left"><font face="Times
NewRoman">I'm supposed to find the <font face="Times New Roman"><a
href="ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/RPM">ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/RPM</a> directory,but it doesn't exist at all.
I'vefound the last two files in other directories.</font></font><p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman"><font
face="TimesNew Roman">I'm trying to install those last two in Red Hat 8 (in other computer), but I've got this
messages:</font></font><palign="left"><font face="Courier New, Courier, Monospace" size="2">error: failed
dependencies:</font><palign="left"><font face="Courier New, Courier, Monospace" size="2">libpq.so.3 is needed by
postgresql-7.3.4-1PGDG.i386</font><palign="left"><font face="Courier New, Courier, Monospace" size="2">postgresql =
7.2.2is needed by (installed) postgresql-server-7.2.2-1</font><p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman"><font
face="TimesNew Roman"><font face="Times New Roman, Times, Serif">by the way, I'm new at this, I mean, Linux and
Postgresql.If anybody can tell me where i can find the first two archives I'd be really
