pgaccess - current status

Hello everybody,

This is a short update of the current status of the pgaccess.

On the www.pgaccess.org web site, in the download section there is a file
0.99.1 - if you get this and replace the main.tcl and the lib directory of
the latest pgaccess - you will see the current version that consists of the
latest pgaccess taken from the PostgreSQL CVS repository, plus three major
patches by Chris, Bartus and Boyan.

Please, feel free to test it. Hopefully soon there will be info what these
patches actually did.

We hope that soon it will be inserted in a CVS and a complete pgaccess
0.99.1 package will be released.
